With 5 years in sales and a lifetime of industry experience, I’m your go to guy for anything hospitality. I’ve seen it all in the kitchen and out in the field, and I love using that knowledge to support others in the industry.

Hi, I’m Kate Justice, the Branch Manager of Standard Restaurant Supply in Las Vegas. I was born in southern California and grew up in Alaska, Colorado and eventually Minnesota where I raised my daughter.
I have worked in the retail, customer service and team management industry for over 20 years also owning 2 businesses during that time.
Moving to sunshine filled Las Vegas in 2020 was a dream come true after living in Minnesota for more than 25 years. I have been with Standard for more than 5 years and love working with our customers and my team. I’m passionate about helping others succeed and my vision is to support and promote the surrounding local communities that make living in Las Vegas as great as it is.
